Your role is to:


  • Track campaign performance and generate reports to each payment partner
  • Use a data driven approach to derive insights and increase ROI on campaigns
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign executions
  • Preparation of performance reports related to payment partner campaigns
  • Assist the recoveries process and regular follow up on payments
  • Attend to customer complaints related to digital payments


You would best fit this role, if you:


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management, Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Successfully completed GCE O/Ls and A/Ls in the commerce stream
  • Excellent written and verbal English / Sinhala communication skills is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Google Applications.
  • Highly punctual in delivering work according to deadlines and well-organized work.
  • Be adaptable, a multi-tasker and flexible to ongoing developments/demands of work.
  • A team player and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work from Monday to Friday
