Position - Intern Project Management Consultant
Capsaicinaz LM Foundation is a trilingual platform (Sinhala, Tamil, English) that aims to deliver first aid and advocacy through online-webinars and physical projects in collaboration with various organizations. We offer research, fundraising, innovative projects, consultations and services for our clients. Our platform is a fusion of law and medicine and allows young graduates to posit legal reforms under various medico-legal sectors.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid (remote and Colombo-based) role for a Project Management Consultant-Intern. The Project Management Consultant-Intern will be involved in monitoring and managing ongoing projects, assisting in coordinating with relevant partners, generating reports, and providing administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
