Job role : Junior Executive - Supply Chain
- On-boarding and reaching out to new vendors and building long-term relationships
- Managing orders and ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
- Communicating with vendors and logistics partners to resolve any issues or delays
- Keeping track of inventory and coordinating with the vendors to update our website with new collections
- Analyzing data and generating reports on supply chain performance and customer feedback
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and cost reduction
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A keen eye for detail and a customer-oriented mindset
- A passion for fashion and beauty
- Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus
- Familiarity with WordPress/ Woocommerce is a plus
