Role Description
This is an internship role for a Marketing Management Assistant. The Marketing Management Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting with marketing and promotional activities, communicating with customers, providing customer service and support, assisting with sales activities, and supporting marketing team. This is an on-site role located in Moratuwa.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of marketing management principles and practices
- Customer service and support skills
- Experience in sales and marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or an undergrad in a related field
- Experience with digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Must be able to travel to meet clients
