We, Slash, is a Startup Tech Marketing firm collaborating with reputed Hotel, Spas, Salons, Restaurants, Gaming and Entertainment Industries in Sri Lanka.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vendor Admin/ Personal Assistant to Directress role at our company located in Colombo. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for diary management, executive administrative assistance, administrative assistance, clerical skills, and managing the directress's personal and professional schedule. The candidate must be able to prioritize the directress's responsibilities and have good communication skills to facilitate communication with other teams.

• Polite, friendly and persuasive

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

• Proficiency in using computers and other software

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Meticulous, neat, tidy

• Excellent in English & Sinhala communication

• Professional & presentable for vendor/partner meetings


Job roles & responsibilities

• Coordinating and communicating with vendors/partners.

• Finding new locations to add to our App/setting up appointments

• Accompanying the founder to vendors/partners meetings

• Ensuring proper administration in the follow up of vendors/partners

• Updating vendors/partners data on the system.

• App training and education to vendors/partners.

• Troubleshooting issues/queries from vendors/partners and resolving them.

• It is critical that dealing with vendors/partners is done in a polite manner using skills of PR and communication to ensure the development and understanding between us and the vendors/partners.

• Assisting in brainstorming and idea generation as a team for marketing purposes.

• Assisting in all other areas deemed necessary by the founders according to the best of your skills and knowledge


Qualifications

  • Freshers can also apply!
  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Diary Management and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Clerical skills, including typing, filing, and data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to assist director's requirements on-time as required.
