Position -  Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist the showroom team in their daily activities.
  • Prepare, follow up on, and process invoices and purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking when necessary.
  • Support the showroom team with administrative tasks.
  • Gather, summarize, and analyze sales forecasts.
  • Verify the allocated stocks provided by Head Office and ensure that the quantity matches the requested forecast for the relevant month.
  • Prepare monthly targets and share them with the team.
  • Prepare the showroom quarterly target vs. achievement report and share it with Finance for commission calculations.
  • Share the trading target vs. achievement report with the finance department.
  • Keep track of stock balances for each showroom.
  • Provide a Showroom Vise Analysis report, including model-wise.
  • Prepare quotations for partners.
  • Support HOD in preparing product comparisons with competitive brands.
  • Prepare MIS reports requested by the management from time to time.
  • Prepare the presentation as required.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP system, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
