Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Horana for a Senior Executive Quality Assurance and Compliance. The Senior Executive Quality Assurance and Compliance will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the role, including overseeing quality control and management throughout the production process, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to improve overall quality. Ability to handle regulatory documentation/ customer questionaires is a must.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Experience in overseeing quality inspection, testing, and assurance activities
- Experience in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in food production

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry,
Agriculturure ,
- Biochemistry, or related field is preferred
