Position - Senior Software Engineer

WireApps is expanding and is looking for a Senior React FrontEnd Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. You will be a Senior Developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication in English, time management, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with component-driven front-end development.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma (ideally), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Prior experience in a SaaS or software development company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be able to lead the development of responsive, user-friendly interfaces for a SaaS application using the latest web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.).
• Ensure codebase integrity through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
• Continuously identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, aiming for fast-loading and efficient front-end experiences.
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Work closely with back-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and mockups into interactive, visually stunning web pages and components.
• Familiarity with best practices of UI/UX.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews
• Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies, trends, and best practices, and actively bring innovative ideas to improve our products.
• Ensure that our web applications are accessible to users with disabilities, following WCAG and ADA compliance guidelines.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for front-end code, components, and processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior front-end developers, fostering their growth and skill development.
