We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead - Full Stack Java Developer to join our passionate team of professionals. If you are enthusiastic about technology, have a strong foundation in Java and Spring Boot, and are well-versed in modern front-end frameworks, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge in development, designing, reviewing, and implementing software solutions.
• Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot applications.
• Create efficient and maintainable code using best practices.
• Implement front-end components using Angular or React.
• Work on cloud-based technologies for scalability and performance optimization.
• Design and develop microservices, adhering to established design patterns and integrations.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure the reliability of the code.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
• Work within an Agile methodology to deliver high-quality software on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Industry experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL and database design.
• Experience with front-end development using Angular or React.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Expertise in unit testing and test-driven development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adept at conducting and participating in code reviews.
• Agile methodology experience, with a focus on delivering software incrementally.
• Additionally, the AI and machine learning experience is an added advantage.
