Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inbound Travel Administrator, located in Colombo. The Inbound Travel Administrator will be responsible for responding to and managing customer travel inquiries, facilitating travel arrangements and reservations, issuing tickets, and performing administrative tasks related to travel. Additionally, the Inbound Travel Administrator may provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including knowledge of travel-related technologies, travel products and services, pricing strategies, and travel regulations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, work independently, and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and at least one other language
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role in the travel industry is preferred
