Position - Trainee Project Manager
The ideal candidate should have,
- Learn and Apply appropriate project management standards (Agile/Waterfall) when managing projects.
- Assist PMs and Senior PMs to monitor the overall process by ensuring optimal use of resources and timely. delivery of assigned project tasks.
- Motivating, supporting and encouraging team members in order to achieve project goals.
- Support PMs and Senior PMs on liaising with foreign and local clients.
- Methodically communicate/facilitate project requirements among the team.
- Assist/Manage the project risks and develop contingency plans.
Essential Requirements
- Following a Bachelor's Degree in Business management, BIS or IT.
- Following Professional qualifications in the project. management or relevance is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and management skills with out-of-the-box thinking.
- Strong PR skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to follow instructions and take responsibility for assigned projects.
- Can-do attitude with a positive mindset.
- Knowledge in Agile and Telco domains will be added. advantage.
- Strong command of English and also should be a good team player.
