What does the job entail?
This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked within Administration, that is looking to further develop their experience within property management and online marketing.
You will achieve this by:
Operating routing administration systems and procedures within the team that specifically support the operation of the service areas.
To receive, sort and organise the incoming / outgoing mail.
To provide a front-line response service via telephone and email acting as a 1st point for resolution where possible.
Create and organise documents / printing bundles.
Diary management, Undertaking and prioritising routine tasks to support the business.
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
Good literacy skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Good IT skills including MS office packages.
General knowledge of photoshop software and the social media.
Ability to work in a fast passed environment.
