Position - AI/ML Lead Software Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science with a core emphasis on AIML and NLP.
- Proven expertise in designing and developing ML models.
- Extensive experience in GenAI and LLM-based NLP applications.
- Proficient in Python programming language with experience using Flask for web development.
- Deep understanding of microservices design patterns and related concepts.
- Hands-on experience with CICD methodologies, preferably using Jenkins.
- Proficiency in cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and lead a technical team effectively.
