Key Responsibilities:
- Managed end to end export shipments from plant to yard/port.
- Coordination and follow-up with merchants, forwarders, and relevant government authorities to ensure timely shipments.
- Prepared and submitted final export documents for payment and clearance.
- Handled and reconcile transport payments (Oki-Doki and Other transporters).
- Organized and coordinated inland transportation between plants.
- Sea freight clearance of import shipments (Bond/non-bond)
- Managed local operations, including re-export shipments and Letter of Credit (LC) shipments.
- Handling and coordinating import air and sea freight shipments to ensure prompt and secure delivery of goods.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Logistics Undergraduate
- General knowledge regarding logistics
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good Communication skills
