Position - Associate Tech Lead - Backend

We're looking to add dynamic Associate Tech Lead with a wealth of experience in open-source technologies to our growing team. If you're adept in modern tech stacks such as Java, Node, and Golang and have experience working on distributed, highly scalable, and asynchronous microservices architectures, you might be the one we're seeking.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput, distributed microservices architectures involving real-time data streaming.
- Leverage your expertise in open-source technologies, including Java, Node, and Golang, to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring junior members on the tech front.
- Apply advanced microservices design patterns and best practices to ensure scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance.
- Employ strong front-end skills using leading frameworks like React or Angular. An understanding of micro front-end architecture is crucial.
Required Skills:
- In-depth experience with open-source technologies, specifically Java, Node, and Golang.
- Preferred 5-10 years of extensive experience in the above mentioned technologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing microservices architectures and real-time data streaming.
- Strong front-end skills with a mastery of React or Angular. Expertise in micro front-end design is essential.
- Awareness and demonstrable experience in incorporating performance and security practices across design and implementation phases of development.
- Strong command over modern development methodologies, tools, and culture (CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, Git, Containerization/Docker, Kubernetes, etc).
- Ability to navigate complex systems, offering guidance to junior team members and driving technical excellence.
- Good exposure to cloud principles and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

We work with state-of-the-art technologies like Vertx, Kafka, and Quarkus for building highly available systems. While not a prerequisite for application, familiarity with these technologies will be beneficial.
