Job Description

  • Aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with new & existing customers.
  • Identify current market trends, research, attract, and onboard new clientele .
  • Meet and exceed sales targets given by the company.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Organize and attend customer meetings and coordinate implementation with support teams.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports .


Qualifications & Experience

  • Should possess a part qualification in CIM or SLIM or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing or Business Development.
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in English. Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of one or more of our target markets would be desirable.
  • Flexible to work with changing priorities.
