Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive Tectera to new heights. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, closing deals, and nurturing lasting customer relationships.


Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Deal Closure: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and effectively close deals to contribute to the company's growth.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies, promotional campaigns, and effective communication plans.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, prepare forecasts, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Negotiation: Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients.


Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the web design and digital marketing industry is highly advantageous. Working experience as a Business Developer in a Web Design or Digital Marketing company is an added advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients.

Results-driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and innovative work environment.
