Position - Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (ERP) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and qualifying leads, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and qualify leads through various channels.
• Build relationships with potential customers and understand their business needs.
• Present compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support to customers.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales (preferably from a ERP background but not a must).
• A good network with the SME industry will be an added advantage
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
