We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join team as customer service representatives. In this role, you will be tasked with handling both inbound and outbound communications, including in-person interactions, with a particular focus on the Tamil language as a bilingual customer service representative.

Note: This is an on-site role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries through the intended method of communication graciously and in a customer-oriented manner
- Understand the needs of customers and provide quotes through phone or email communication
- Guide and instruct customers when they are navigating the platforms
- Efficiently and effectively follow up with customers, companies and other leads to maintain relationships
- Exhibit exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills when communicating with irritated customers
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of communicated inquiries and conversations
Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to communicate in Tamil with professional work proficiency (fluent)
- Must hold a degree or high school diploma
- Willingness to work on roster / shift basis including weekends
- Able to effectively manage time and keep organized
- Advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Correct customer service mindset and a perfect team player attitude
- Prior experience in Banking sector or Fintech company would be an added advantage
