Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Colombo. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer experience to clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in customer service
- Experience in supply chain management is a plus
