Company: GoTraffic is performance marketing agency focused on paid advertising (mostly Meta and Google Ads.)

Location: remote position


About the Role: GoTraffic is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Analytical Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dissecting campaign data, providing valuable insights, and driving optimization strategies to enhance client account performance. This role involves utilizing data analysis tools and techniques to interpret information, recognize trends, and recommend actionable strategies for campaign improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data across various digital platforms to derive insights into performance metrics, user behavior, and trends.
  • Insight Generation: Translate data into actionable insights, providing recommendations to enhance campaign performance, audience targeting, and ROI.
  • Optimization Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop optimization strategies based on data-driven findings and performance evaluation.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive and clear reports detailing campaign performance, key findings, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experimentation and Testing: Design and execute A/B tests or experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and tactics.
  • Communication: Ability to easily communicate data-driven insights, understand objectives, and align strategies to meet client goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing complex data sets, deriving insights, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager and other relevant software. Knowledge of statistical analysis tools is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Problem-solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to identify issues and propose effective solutions based on data analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Passion for AI Tools and Automation:

A strong enthusiasm for exploring AI-driven tools, integrations, and business automation solutions. Experience or willingness to delve into AI-based analytics tools and automation platforms would be a significant advantage. The candidate may have the opportunity to contribute to implementing and optimizing automated processes for enhanced business performance.


The agency is always seeking how to improve efficiency and execution, so we look for an individual who is passionate about technology, AI tools, business automation and productivity. Interest in working with no-code tools like Zapier or Make com would be a big plus.


Experience:

  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a data analysis role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
