Position - Data Visualization Engineer
Qualifications and Experience:
•A relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science or a closely related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
•Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools Power BI, Tableau, and similar frameworks.
•Strong programming skills and proficiency in SQL.
•Familiarity with relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses, data lakes, cloud platforms, streaming platforms, and ETL tools.
•Strong data visualization, data analysis, and data engineering skills.
•Design, develop, and enhance data visualizations and reporting solutions to facilitate data exploration, analysis, and communication.
•Collaborate with the Senior Data Officer and other stakeholders to understand data stories, insights, and ensure seamless integration of visualization solutions with data infrastructure.
•Optimize the performance, usability, and interactivity of data visualizations and reporting solutions.
•Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of data.
•Implement best practices for data governance and compliance.
•Experience with collaborative coding and version management via platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
