Position - Executive International Roaming
Responsibilities
- Identify market conditions and introduce innovative products.
- Able to achieve the set revenue target for international roaming.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with respective team.
- Conduct periodic process improvements, analysis and management reporting.
- Gather market information and research on global trends on international roaming.
- Regular audit of existing processes and introduce new processes.
- Effectively communicate with cross functional teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidate should hold a degree in Marketing / Business Management or a professional qualification from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience in similar field.
- Be process and market oriented with a good understanding of industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels.
- Possess good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
