Position -  Executive International Roaming

Responsibilities

  • Identify market conditions and introduce innovative products.
  • Able to achieve the set revenue target for international roaming.
  • Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with respective team.
  • Conduct periodic process improvements, analysis and management reporting.
  • Gather market information and research on global trends on international roaming.
  • Regular audit of existing processes and introduce new processes.
  • Effectively communicate with cross functional teams to meet business objectives.



Qualifications

  • Candidate should hold a degree in Marketing / Business Management or a professional qualification from a recognized university or institute.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience in similar field.
  • Be process and market oriented with a good understanding of industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Possess good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
