Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer based in Colombo. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, both front-end and back-end. The Full Stack Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues and devise strategies to improve system performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Experience as a full stack web application developer in the industry with Microsoft .NET framework, C#, ASP .NET, MS SQL Server and above with Crystal Reports
• Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS
• Thorough knowledge of current web application development trends and standards.
• Previous experience in HRIS/ERP development is an added advantage.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset
