Position - General Manager - Group Counselling
Scope
The responsibility of the General Manager - Group Counselling is to enhance mental well-being within the group. This entails creating and leading the implementation of an effective counseling program. The role involves assembling a team of adept counselors to support employees in centers/factories and providing intervention during crisis situations. A critical aspect of this position is to promote a harmonious work environment that contributes to increased productivity.
Responsibilities
- Formulate a group-wide counseling strategy for all employees including Executives, Staff and Associates in alignment with the overall business and HR long-range plan (LRP) and objectives
- Ensure the efficient implementation of counseling strategies across factories to foster a harmonious working environment
- Collaborate with the HR department to raise awareness of mental wellness and enhance working relationships across the Group
- Develop and oversee the management of the team of counselors, providing crisis counseling and intervention when necessary
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Psychology specializing in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is necessary
- 12 to 15 years of experience encompassing both clinical and administrative roles
- Fluency in the local language
- Experience in leading and supervising a team of counselors
