Position - Graduate Trainee

The Job

• Understanding about cloud computing and helpdesk management.
• Working with Microsoft Cloud platforms Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Working with latest Windows Servers 2019/2022 services including cluster roles, ADDS,WSUS, DHCP, DNS, NPS, IIS.
• Working with latest endpoint client operating systems Windows 10/11
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 product issues (Exchange Online/SharePoint and Teams)

The Person

• A degree in Computer Engineering/ Networking/Cyber Security or equivalent.
• Possesses excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently.
• Should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in a fast phased environment.
• Knowledge on computer networking and cloud solutions would be an added advantage.
