Position - Influencer Marketing Executive
Requirements:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Identify and recruit influencers, bloggers, and content creators that align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including compensation and content deliverables.
- Develop and manage relationships with influencers to ensure their ongoing engagement and support of the brand.
- Work closely with the social media team to integrate influencer content into the brand's social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics, to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, techniques, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and collaborations.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget and ensure all expenditures are within budget and deliver a strong ROI.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with the brand's messaging and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and best practices.
- Experience in influencer recruitment and management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of influencer campaigns.
- Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry and emerging trends.
