Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role located in Colombo, with some work from home as necessary, for a Business Development Intern. The intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and supporting business development initiatives. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of business development, including market analysis, identifying sales leads, and creating marketing content.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, including critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms
  • Lead Generation skills, with experience in identifying potential sales leads
  • Market Research skills, with the ability to conduct market analysis and identify opportunities
  • Customer Service skills, with experience providing customer support and building strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating effectively with others to achieve goals
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience in business-related coursework, such as marketing, sales, or business administration, is beneficial
