Customer Care Agent
- Responsible for building and maintaining good customer relationship
- Should manage inquires and complaints promptly and accurately within the given SLA
- Should maintain the customer knowledge management portal
- Responsible in providing better customer experience to wow customers
Copy Writer
- Develop creative and culturally sensitive copy for social media posts, ads, and push notifications in Sinhala, English, and Tamil or at least 2 of the mentioned languages.
- Ensure that the messaging aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and cultural nuances in Sinhala, English, and Tamil-speaking communities.
- Incorporate cultural insights into the copy to enhance audience engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Provide language expertise and collaborate with translators when necessary.
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all three languages.
- Proofread materials before publication to maintain a high standard of quality.
- Adapt to evolving marketing strategies and adjust copy accordingly.
- Stay flexible to accommodate changes in project timelines and priorities
The Person
- Degree/SLIM/CIM fully or partially completed
- Should be between ages of 18 and 25
- Available to work on weekends – based on operational requirement
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Professional work ethic with flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- IT literacy skills
