Position - Intern - E-Sales
The Job
- Ensure a seamless purchasing experience for customers through regular live testing of the purchasing journey and proactively identify potential issues.
- Stay attuned to the pulse of the target market by conducting regular surveys and providing feedback for enhancing the customer experience journey.
- Collaborate in developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals.
- Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of the sales dashboard, ensuring it reflects the current state of performance.
- Regularly collect and analyze performance data from relevant sources to proactively identify anomalies or areas for improvement.
- Safeguard adherence to all service-level agreements (SLAs) related to ESales processes by monitoring and tracking SLA compliance, identifying and investigating potential SLA breaches, and promptly collaborating with stakeholders to resolve SLA issues.
- Assist in minimizing KYC rejections and support submissions where necessary, working with stakeholders to complete purchases.
The Person
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
