We are looking for an HR intern who is seeking to progress into an HR Generalist role post-graduation. The intern will support our global HR programs and multiple HR practice areas.

This is a paid, onsite internship at our One Galle Face office.

Responsibilities

• Perform research for various Human Resource practice areas, including Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility
• Update company information in HRIS
• Update candidate profiles in Perituza’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Update candidate records in Perituza’s recruitment candidate relationship management system (CRM)
• Assist with weekly timesheet audits
• Update employee records
• Create job aids and other training materials
• Other responsibilities as required by Leadership

Requirements

• A student pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a scheduled graduation date between July and December 2024
• Ability to work onsite 40 hours per week for six (6) months
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tact, diplomacy, and the highest level of integrity
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Self-starter: demonstrated initiative and drive for results
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with global team members
• Conversational proficiency in Tamil preferred
