Position - Intern Human Resources
ikman is currently the largest local website in the country and has already established itself as a famous brand across the island. ikman consists of a team of super performers who work day and night, dedicating themselves to delivering a great service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion in Human Resource operations to join and grow with ikman.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment process, on boarding & proper document keeping across all the departments
- Assist in ensuring daily operational HR activities and processes are carried out and correctly followed
- Be the part of the HR team & assist the seniors in maintaining HR compliance
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Part qualifications in CQHRM or Diploma in HRM from a recognized institute
- A candidate who is willing to take challenges with go-getter attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala (Ability to handle Tamil will be a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidate should be resides in or around Colombo
