Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Sales and Support Intern located in Malabe. The IT Sales and Support Intern will be responsible for providing assistance to the sales and support teams in delivering exceptional customer service, answering customer queries and generating leads, and providing administrative support. The Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced sales and support professionals, gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and develop skills that will be valuable in a career in IT.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a relevant field
- Strong communication in English and Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- An aptitude for technology and a desire to learn about new emerging technologies
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
