Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Malabe for an IT Sales and Support Intern. The IT Sales and Support Intern will be responsible for generating new IT sales leads, and assisting with IT sales proposals. They will also monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities while retaining knowledge of the latest products and services.

Qualifications

• Understanding of IT principles and technologies including Networks, Operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, both written and verbal.
• Degree in computer science or related field is preferred, but not required.
