Position - Intern KYC Operations
This is a starting role is within our Corporate Operations team, specializing in Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering.
The KYC Operations function is specialist in, but not limited to, onboarding and customer risk assessments generating MI reports, SLA and critical metric execution, quality control and quality assurance execution. KYC Operations will also be responsible for Operational training design and delivery.
This role is a hybrid working role, with a blended approach of home and office working.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Delivers tasks given related to KYC operations and reference data on time and to agreed quality, performing to set procedures.
- Solves basic problems / queries.
- Gets well versed with Company’s policies and procedures on KYC and due diligence.
- Performs routine assignments at entry level
- Performs moderately complex and varied assignments within KYC operatio
- Drafts parts of reports for internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy
- Develops knowledge of and ensures any work is conducted in line with LSEG design and content standards
- Provides support to the team by co-ordinating meetings, printing materials, taking minutes and maintaining accurate action and decision logs
- Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements
- Part / fully qualified in a degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent command in English, both written and oral
- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
