Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Intern to join our People & Culture team. This internship will focus on General HR. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various HR processes while working closely with experienced professionals.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Support the resolution of employee inquiries and issues.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in maintaining employee files and documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring HR and administrative compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records related to HR and administrative processes.
  • Assist in preparing internal communications related to HR and administrative matters.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication within the organization.


What we are looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or professional qualification in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
