Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a social media intern within our dynamic and growing team. The social media intern will be responsible for managing and creating content across various social media platforms, engaging with followers and growing our online presence, and providing support in developing engaging and effective social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and creative social media content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive online community around our brand.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed for various operational processes.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
