Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a similar or related role. The Support Analyst will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client support through effective communication, efficient problem-solving, and meticulous incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Effectively address and resolve client inquiries and issues.
Organizational and Time Management:
- Showcase very good organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a structured approach to daily responsibilities to meet service level agreements.
Incident and Problem Management:
- Demonstrate sound incident and problem management skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with client support ticketing systems and the ability to navigate and utilize them effectively.
Working Hours:
- Ability to work according to the UK calendar.
- Working hours from 3.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar or related support role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with client support ticketing systems.
- Proven ability to work effectively during UK working hours.
