Position - Junior Executive - Business Development
Job Responsibilities
• Assortment Management: Curate and manage our product assortment, ensuring it aligns with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
• Product Development: Contribute to the development of new and innovative gifting products that meet market demands and customer expectations.
• Market Research and Pricing: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Determine optimal pricing strategies for our products.
• Seasonal Planning: Plan and execute strategies for seasonal gifting events to maximize sales and customer engagement.
• Promotion and Marketing: Work with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Website Optimization: Collaborate with the tech and design teams to optimize the website's user experience, making it easy for customers to discover and purchase products.
• Reporting and Data Analyzation: Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, evaluate key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Supplier Onboarding: Identify and onboard new suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring product quality and reliability.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and third-party organizations to enhance our product offerings and distribution channels.
• Logistics Expansion and Planning: Work on expanding and optimizing our logistics network to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of gifts to customers.
Required Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
