Role Description

We are hiring for a Management Trainee role located in Colombo. This job will be on one year contract. As a Management Trainee, you will assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the company and developing key management skills. You will be responsible for conducting research, generating reports, and supporting other departments as needed. This is an on-site role and requires the employee to be present at the office during working hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to generate insights from data
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of project management principles is a plus
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
