The main goal of a Partner Operations Trainee is to provide administrative and operational support, implement, and streamline processes, and to contribute to the overall success of the partner organization
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, documentation, and file management.
- Assist with partner sales team's operational processes, including PRM lead registration and distribution using PRM system.
- Create and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on partner operations performance to stakeholders and senior management.
- Create and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials to provide self-help resources for partners.
- Respond to partner inquiries and provide support through various channels such as tickets and email. This includes troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing guidance as needed.
- Manage and maintain partner basic data in all relevant systems.
- Assist both Partner Operations Business and Partner Operations Helpdesk
- Experience from working in an international and matrix organization.
- A true team-player focusing on creating long term value for the team.
- Understanding of enterprise IT systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Work ethic based on a strong desire to fulfill expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
