Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities in support of the CEO and the overall team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and requires a proactive, hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic Bookkeeping: Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, processing expenses, and managing petty cash. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various projects from initiation to completion. Ensure that all project milestones are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Executive Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO.
- Team Morale Management: Foster a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities, addressing any team concerns, and being a go-to person for general team support. Help in creating and maintaining a high-morale, high-performance culture.
- General Office Management: Oversee the smooth running of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and liaising with external vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
