Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a QC Manager. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes and procedures to ensure our products and services meet the highest industry standards. The QC Manager will work closely with the production team to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of quality control procedures and processes
• Ability to develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
• Experience in managing a team of quality control technicians
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Experience in the telecom or electrical industry is a plus
• Certification in quality control is also a plus
