Position - Sales & Marketing Associates

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in generating a sales team and ensuring the the smooth operation of sales activities.

You will assist customers, handle inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional service to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Excellent command of English and Sinhala
• Passed GCE A/L's and part qualified in Sales/Marketing or experience in relevant field
• Living in Colombo
• Both male and female candidates are preferred.
• Possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong planning, analytical, organizing, and presentation skills required
• Ability to maintain excellent customer relationships with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Should have a dynamic personality with a drive to achieve targets set by the company.
• Proficient with computer literacy and extensive knowledge of the current market and its development.
• Respond to all client requests in a timely manner
• Deal with clients in a professional manner and handle problems
• Preferably age 22 - 30 years
• Send follow up emails, materials & other documents to qualified leads
• Generation of Sales & Leads
• Management of social media platforms for our brands
• Salary: Basic Salary plus commissions
• Proficient in using computer systems, software, and sales databases.
