Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Conceptualization:

• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects.
• Translate creative briefs into visually appealing concepts and designs.

Art Direction:

• Provide art direction to internal and external design teams to ensure the execution of high-quality visuals.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and messaging across all projects.

Visual Strategy:

• Develop and implement visual strategies that align with overall brand goals and messaging.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into visual strategies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Provide creative input and support for various initiatives.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation, art direction, and visual strategy.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
