Position - Senior UI/UX Designer

Treinetic (Pvt) Ltd is an award-winning software product engineering company that provides services to USA, Sweden & New Zealand. We are looking for an exceptional individual who can work with us to propel the organization to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback

Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups

Translating requirements into style guides, design system, design patterns

Required to serve as the company representative in client meetings

Guiding junior team members

Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems

Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams

Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field

Prior experience in UI/UX designing field as well as a strong portfolio of related projects

2 years of experience in Mobile and Web UI UX Designs

Proficient in advanced video editing techniques.

Proficient in Figma & Canva is mandatory.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication skills in English and can clearly articulate ideas, designs and suggestions
