Position - Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media & content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing requirements of clients
- Manage and maintain all assigned client social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & google my business
- Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with the content team to develop content that is relevant and engaging to target audiences
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence is current and relevant
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in social media or marketing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communication or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and google my business.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work UK hours
