Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, managing social media channels, developing content strategies, and optimizing social media performance. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding social media performance and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, brand mentions, and competitor activities.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate cross functionally to develop visually appealing and shareable content.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance and ROI.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in social media marketing.
Qualifications and Other Requirements
- Fluent in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- 3-5 years of social media marketing experience.
- Experience with B2B marketing is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Proficient with graphic design tools for creating social media content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Hootsuite, etc.
- Experience in developing content strategies and executing social media campaigns.
- Proficient with G-Suite and Google Sheets; experience with Canva, Figma, and Looker Studio is a strong plus.
- The ability to analyze and report social media performance metrics.
- Experience with social media scheduling and publishing tools.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders in a professional setting.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a remote team environment is a plus.
- Stable internet connection(Fiber proffered) and a Laptop.
