Position - Senior Support IT / Support IT

We are hiring Senior Support IT for a UK-based client, and we are looking for passionate individuals committed to their responsibilities. If you are suitable, share your resume with us.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Networking or Masters in information Security

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field

Strong understanding in L1, L2, L3 support for a variety of IT concerns, through ticketing system, emails, and phone calls

Technical Knowledge in Windows Server platforms, Hyper-V, NAS/SAN storage, VPN, NPS, DHCP, DNS, Azure AD, O365, Intune MDM, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting with RMM Tools

Strong cybersecurity safeguards and understanding of GDPR compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification and certification in MCP or MCSA, CCNA, ITIL, and CompTIA Security+ or similar credentials

24/7 support services and should be flexible
