Key Responsibilities:
- Inquiry Management: Learn to efficiently handle incoming inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to clients and stakeholders.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, learning the ropes of identifying talent and contributing to the hiring process.
- Shift Coordination: Gain experience in allocating shifts for staff, ensuring smooth workforce management.
- Social Media Assistance: Support the team in managing social media presence, learning to create engaging content and respond to inquiries.
- Compliance Learning: Develop an understanding of compliance standards and regulations, contributing to the maintenance of a compliant work environment.
- Client Engagement: Interact with clients, including those with disabilities, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.
- Administrative Support: Provide backend administrative support to the team, assisting with various tasks as needed.

- Work Hours: Available Monday to Friday, from 4 am to 2 pm approximately according to Sri Lanka time. Saturday availability from 4 am to 8 am.
