Key Responsibilities:

  • Inquiry Management: Learn to efficiently handle incoming inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, learning the ropes of identifying talent and contributing to the hiring process.
  • Shift Coordination: Gain experience in allocating shifts for staff, ensuring smooth workforce management.
  • Social Media Assistance: Support the team in managing social media presence, learning to create engaging content and respond to inquiries.
  • Compliance Learning: Develop an understanding of compliance standards and regulations, contributing to the maintenance of a compliant work environment.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients, including those with disabilities, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.
  • Administrative Support: Provide backend administrative support to the team, assisting with various tasks as needed.

  • Work Hours: Available Monday to Friday, from 4 am to 2 pm approximately according to Sri Lanka time. Saturday availability from 4 am to 8 am.
  • Technical Requirements: Must maintain a stable internet connection and possess a reliable laptop to perform job duties effectively.
  • Demonstrates effective engagement with individuals with disabilities, exhibiting patience and understanding.
  • Strong team player with a positive and vibrant personality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and skilled in managing time effectively.


Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay: 35k (with potential increments within the first 3 months based on performance).
